Successive esperienze significative nella sua formazione di cuoco sono quelle presso l&#8217;Etoile di Venezia e all&#8217;\u00c9cole Len\u00f4tre a Parigi. Comincia quindi a lavorare all&#8217;hotel Villa S. Andrea di Taormina, per poi migrare al Nord, al ristorante Del Cambio di Torino, successivamente in Campania da Don Alfonso per infine tornare in Sicilia, al Mulinazzo a Palermo e al Duomo di Ragusa
