Nell&#8217;aprile del 2014 il passaggio in Austria nel famoso ristorante due Stelle Michelin ikarus Hangar 7 a Salisburgo dello Chef Roland Trettl e del patron Eckart Witzigmann. Poi nel 2015 forse l\u2019esperienza pi\u00f9 importante e significativa, Osteria Francescana 3 stelle Michelin Modena Chef Massimo Bottura, ristorante N.1 al mondo secondo i 50 Best Restaurant.
