\/>\nParliamo di cucina, una cucina di sapori, innovativi nella forma ma conservativi nel gusto, tutto \u00e8 perfettamente equilibrato e allo stesso tempo stupefacente, ogni boccone \u00e8 goduria e sorpesa.<br \/>\nIgles tiene moltissimo alla materia prima, al cercare di rispettarla e preservane il sapore il pi\u00f9 possibile, infatti ogni piatto viene creato al momento e a vista, grazie alla grande vetrata sulla sala, &#8220;nemmeno una zucchina \u00a0puo\u2019 essere tagliata in\u00a0anticipo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
