Proprio l\u00ec incontra Carlo Cracco, un Maestro che Matteo segue nella sue diverse esperienze. Due Stelle Michelin e tante soddisfazioni personali per lo chef piemontese. Nel 2013 Matteo dal &#8220;Ristorante Cracco&#8221; passa a Del Cambio, dove \u00e8 in veste ufficiale di executive chef a partire da aprile 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
